Try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. This tool was able to remove all the registry keys and files that I can't seem to remove. I also find Bitdefender a good tool. And what's cool about Bitdefender is that they offer online scanning. But most of the threats that it had detected keep on coming back to mah PC. i use nod32 anti virus for the past 3 years and since then i didnt have any problem with viruses..
