Try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. This tool was able to remove all the registry keys and files that I can't seem to remove. I also find Bitdefender a good tool. And what's cool about Bitdefender is that they offer online scanning. But most of the threats that it had detected keep on coming back to mah PC. And it was Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware that was able to remove all those threats that were also reported by AVG, Spyware Doctor, Bitdefender and Kaspersky. Give it a try!
