I'm not sure I understand what your asking but I think you asking if people have been having to cut their food perchases because of their economic problems. My answer is yes, the economy really isnt changing our lifestyle. My husband is a high paid nurse and I am disabled with two sources of income, one is my personal insurance plan that I paid for and the other is ssd. We also started our 401K at the age of 17 ,now we are both 42 years old. The Market will comw back at the right time when we need it for retirement,so we are very lucky. Our hearts go out to people who are in a bad way right now. We pray for those people every day that they will eventually be ok. I really believe the economy will get get better and everyone will be fine.

It is bad when there is still some food you can consume and then see them wasted because you have just bought new groceries.
Try to budget and make list of what you can cook out of the food you still have in your fridge or in your bins.
There's so many people who can't afford to buy 3 meals a day. You are blessed to have such resources. Better spend wisely and eat healthy.
Take care.
