Have you ever been to a spa

I saw some of the best spa being featured on one of the TV channels and I was really struck by what they have to offer. A wide range of aroma, clay, herbal and many more types massages. I have never experienced such a thing. Though I have come across many malls abroad where one can have a quick massage . But this looked like very elaborate and fine.
Have you? what was the experience like? Did you get it in a proper spa or while shopping?
If not, then would like to have these tempting relaxation therapy if you could?

i've never even been to a spa before. I'm not into that whole pamperig myself thing. It seems likeit would be nice though. I might go sometime just to try it. But i am REALLY tivkleish so the massages dont work too well for me. lol

Once went on a mudbath... that was relaxing although my hair smelled like the gutter for a day or two. After that we got wrapped in something and we just lay down in bed... and after that a three hour relaxing massage. I want to do the whole rose or whatever flower petal spa they have.

But for the smell part, it all sounds so tempting. Wow! rose petal pampered massage and bath.

To be honest, the whole idea of laying there while people I don't know do all that stuff to me is not appealing at all! I'm too impatient for one and the thought of having to sit there for hours on end just makes my head spin! I'm sure it's very relaxing and people probably walkk out of a spa feeling like a million dollars, but it's just not for me. I don't even like massages really!
I did go into one of those massage machines once. The ones where you lay on this padded bed and they close the lid over you. All these vibrations and movements massage your entire body and they also play relaxation music and things like that. It wasn't bad at all, but it's not something I'd wish to do regularly. If I decided to go for a therapy I'd prefer one of these machines I think. Just me and the machine and no-one touching me!

I tried once but no chance to go back. It's a bit expensive. But it really helps, i felt so relaxed after thats why maybe soon I'll try it again...

Yes, i love going to spas! Though the last time I went to the Spa was still last Mother's day. My guy gave that as a gift! Sweet right? We both love going to the spa but my fave are javanese royal bath, fango mud facial and peppermint foot rub! Oh, that feels so rejuvenating!
