Do you know the health benefits of raw garlic? Garlic is indeed a miracle food. I want to know how many of you take raw garlic? How much do you take? And can you list some of the health benefits it has? Let me start by giving an example. One health benefit is that it reduces cholesterol. It especially reduces high triglycerides (which you can find out about when you get your blood lipid profile done). I am speaking from experience. It reduced my high triglycerides drastically within just a few weeks. And without having to take those harmful statin drugs. Now my cholesterol n triglycerides are absolutely normal. they are actually on the lower side!

No...I can't even think of it. I don't like garlic. I really can't tolerate it's smell. But due to its medical qualities, I am thinking of taking 'Garlic Pearls' which is another capsulized form of Garlic.

Yes I do know garlic is hugely beneficial. It not only reduces lipid profile, but if taken in the empty stomach in the morning, can reduce blood sugar level of type2 diabetic patients as well as reduce high blood pressure. Moreover,it gives miracle benifit in common flue, cough and cold. Boiled garlic if applied to the body with oil can cure body aches and arthritis. I love having raw garlic with hot rice and some butter specially when I have cold.Trusts me, it tastes great and gives me a lot of releif as well!!
