Visa card and Master card are used for verification in Paypal. Even your debit card can also used for verification.

yes or no. what I meant is paypal accept debit card for verification only for several country, for example Indonesian user cannot make verification with their debit card, they only verified by credit card and VCC (virtual credit card).

Hi ivriets, what do you mean Indonesia cannot use debit card? There is must be found other debit card with Visa or Master Card logo can use in Indonesia. But, we must pay the tax if we withdrawal. I use Premier so, if i receive payments funded by PayPal Balance, PayPal Instant Transfer or PayPal eCheck or Receive payments funded by Credit Card, Debit Card then they will fee me 2.4% + $0.30 USD to 3.4% + $0.30 USD. And, for exchange i must pay 2,5% fee. Thank you for the response.

You can use pretty much any kind of credit card for your verification. Although, you can also verify your account using your checking account. That's an easy step towards verification.
