How to delete Win32 autorun from d pendrieve or computer..??

i have recently got a win32 virus in my pendrive as well as computer..i gt it from a frnds pendrive.though i did scanned it before..it seems it wasn't deleted n gt into d computer.now wen i inserted my pendrive ,which also got infected.. in another computer..its alerted d presence of d virus..n d antivirus says it d win32 autorun can't b deleted.den i hrd some saying d this virus can't b deleted so easily...so have u gt solution to dis problem..??plzz..tell me .
