Kava Kava is a herbal remedy for stress and anxiety. This can be purchased in any health food store. I never tried it, have you? Do you take other herbal remedies for stress or anxiety and if so what? Have you tried Magnesium or calcium?

No and this is my first time heard about Kava Kava, but I think for anxiety and stress enough by taking salmon fish oil as it's already Omega-3 where its fatty acids may protect against the accumulation in the body of a protein believed to be linked to Alzheimer's disease, anxiety and stress, and things related to heart. Anxiety and stress do effect and related to heart's performance. My opinion anyway.

I used to take Kava Kava and infused it in hot water and drink it as a tea before bed time and it worked wonders, until I found something much better that worked for me and does wonders. It's called Relax Now and is a blend of vitamins and herbs and since it is in a tablet form it's a lot easier and quicker to take than having to try to get hot water ready, infuse it for 20 minutes then add a little sweetner and rush to get back to work then get all stressed out again. LOL. If you are intrested in checking it out here is a link. http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=healthwerks&pid=46820&cid=120957&LocaleSelect=en_US&_requestid=2289315
