Like most games , the aim of poker is to win . Whether you're playing for fun or for money , poker will test your skills and strategic abilities.
No matter wich type of poker you want to play ,it's crucial that you understant the deck and that you know the rank of hands ( pair , 2 pairs , 3 of a kind , full house ...)
The biggest mistake most player make is to act to quickly. When you're making an important decision pause to think about how the betting has gone and what your opponent might have , take your time.
There are 2 ways of playing : aggresive , loose and . The important thing is to play both ways , and other players will can't know when you are bluffing and when you have in your hand good cards . Hope i help u with some of my tips .
If anypone have other tips write them here .

Keep in mind that after you learn the game, you need to learn yourself. I have played for years and I can win some or lose some just based on the luck of the cards. But I can also lose some if I don't pay attention to myself. I can become impatient if I'm at the table too long. Or I can make calls I shouldn't if I get to feeling "lucky". You have to make your bets on what might happen, not based on what you hope happens.
