I feel like I'm 40 lbs. lighter after finishing my last university exam for the first semester. Normally, we'd have had exams long ago, but my university was on strike for 3 months, so they were all postponed. It is a marvelous feeling when you know that inherent stress no longer makes its home in your mind (even if it's just for a few months). At first I was completely okay with exams and wasn't truly concerned about the marks I'd get, but as they began to draw closer, I got increasingly worried. I am also in the process of quitting smoking, and exam-related stress does not a good quitting strategy make (keep that in mind).
At least exams are over and done with
How do you cope with stress??

I have a hard time coping with stress, although I know the feeling that you have when it is gone and it feels like someone lifted a big heavy weight off of your back.
When I am dealing with stress I usually try to do anything that I can to take my mind off of it. Sometimes this may include listening to a different kind of music than I typically listen to, or just going for a really long walk.
I hope you do well on your exams. Good luck to you!
