What is your favorite meal to cook? Or favorite that your spouse cooks?

i have had to cook this week, but usually my hubby cooks (he has a sinus infection currently) he makes a lot of great food from scratch and i like home made pizza and pasta and shrimp that he makes. he is such a great cook and i am so medeocre! lol!

My favorite meal is adobo, a popular filipino dish.

I like cooking meals that are easy to prepare, and involves little cleaning up, like stir-fried dishes or using the slow cooker. It's often stir fried sliced meat (chicken/beef/pork) in a variety of sauces like black pepper, oyster, soya or curry sauce. If it's the slow-cooker, then it's soups & stews.

Filipino Cuisine, definitely! like sinigang na baboy, beef steak, tinola, bittergourd with meat, Ginataang kalabasa(squash), menudo, etc.. my hubby loves it when I cook sumptuous Filipino meal for him.. i must admit that i'm not as good as my mom but hey, i'm very keen to learn! in fact, i have plans of sending myself to a culinary school and learn new cuisines! i'd like to be Chef Rob Pengson Someday, =)
