Hi, What kind of sport do you involve in for both fitness and health? I only involve in rope skipping nowadays as its convenient and indoor. I prefer indoor activities so that I don't have to bother much about suncare while being able to lose some weight.

i like shadow boxing. no gears, no opponent, no expenses, just little sunlight and a bunch of imagination.

For fitness and health, I involve in table tennis and badminton. I play table tennis more often now a days than badminton. Both these games require good reactions and they help in exercising the entire body.

i like pingpang very much. one reason is its technological sport, and the other reason is it not only doing physical training, but also training our raction.
