To set a goal, is it such hard??

The important thing in life is to have a great aim, and determination to attain it. I always hear people talk about this. But on earth, how many people have set a goal and then fullfil it at last? I have just gratuate from school and now work in a state-owned company. It seems stable. But I don't like this job. Without passion how can I work excellent? I want to change my job, but it seems that I don't know what I want to do??!! Terrible!! Time is limited... I have to set a goal and work hard for it. But where is my goal...
