what should be our perception about sleeping?

what are the benefits of having a really long sleep? its disadvantage and vice-versa?

having a long sleep is not goot at all, scientifically. A 6 hours sleep is better than 8. A five hours sleep is better than 7. Sleeping makes your body relaxed. Isn't relaxing a heavenly feeling? hehe
