How do I add a picture as my default picture?

yeah, I've been going in circles trying to figure out how to make one my personal pictures my default picture. If you all have any tips, please feel free to share them. lol. I'm feeling kind of akward. Normally I have no problem with these things. Thanks.

The first response really helps me, thank you. Is it okay to use pictures from the mylot website. If so, which ones. I am concerned about not using something that is copyrighted. Do we need to only use our own photos.
