writing is not my passion yet I basically do things when i am in trouble or sad through witings. with this i can easily express my feelings and able to share my ideas and feelings even just on a single parchment or paper. Thank God, because of witing I am able to surpass stress and sadness.
now, to all those people out there who are suffering from bad feelings and emotional problems, there is no such medicine for that except for WRITING.

when one is unable to express feelings and when is undergoing soem kind of depession then the best way to come out of it is writing. i feel, when one writes, one is able to bring out all his/her buried emotions. this emotions and felings which were causing depression and stress come out on the paper. it is like talking to the most trusted person and venting out ones emotions.
the greatest pieces of writings come out when one writes with a depressed heart. to beat depression one must write the feelings this makes the heart feels lighter and gives respite.

Yes I agree to that. Since I was young I always write whatever I feel, whenever I'm sad or clueless about life I write then after that I usually feel good after and I feel that my thoughts are now organized.I feel good after writing my thoughts.
