long distance relationships

Me and my husband had a long distance relationship. I was in India and he was in US. But it worked and we got married. He came to India and we had sometime together. [em]lol[/em. We also met through a matrimonial website. Long distance relationship works only when you get the chance to meet each other often.

Length and strength of a relationship depends on the two of you. Long distance relationship may or may not work because it will base on how you build it. Besides, you have your own love story. Online relationships to some won't work and others may work, like yours. I also met a "special friend" online, I think it may work perhaps if we pursue, unluckily am already committed to someone who is also working abroad. See, it's also a long distance relationship which I am in now. To be in a relationship is a choice, it is not love alone. It is how you "build" it that make it work out whether you are with each other or miles apart.

i guess it all depends on how the two of you would do it.but there should be a time that both of you should meet each other in person and not just online...if that happens then your relationships will last a long time...

Have you ever seen him before? Are you confident in this relationship?

sry to say i dont believe in such online relationships.....may be after meeting the person ..it might work out..with meeting him and just by chatting and phone calls i dont believe

As for my experience, I don't believe in long distance relationship because mine fails as well. If you love the guy, keep on trying to work it out, who knows.
