Do you start discussions that go unanswered?

I must be suffering a writers block, I have tried to start two discussions and both of them have been a bust. Do you find it difficult to start new and entaining discussions everyday? I try to think of something that may be of interest to the rest of the myloters, and I am now at my wits end. I know there are lots of you like me that seem to draw a blank when they start a new discussion. What do you do to overcome this? The myloters that have great discussions how do you do it? I look forward to your comments and suggestions. You have a great day and enjoy.

I do have one discussion that has no single response yet. It's about the unborn sun. Maybe people were scared about it that's why they don't want to share their ideas about it.

I'm not sure why we get no responses, sometimes I think its too controversial a subject or its just not interesting to anyone else but me. No matter I will keep trying I bound to get it right.

we cant get everything that we want.. i've had some unresponded discussions and im ok with it.. just look at it this way..some people just cant answer or maybe..they cant relate to what you're getting on.. i dont know what the recipe for a great discussion is..but as long as you enjoy what you're writing..its really super fine.. :)

I'm ok with not getting any responses also, I was wondering why some discussions are answered and some are not. Thanks for your thoughts, I do enjoy starting discussions that may mean more to me than others but I guess we all do that.

before you start a new discussion, you may think for some time, but you will not know who will respond to it. it is possible that your discussion has few responses or none.so take it easy. just enjoy here, you do not need to start many discussions, you can also just respond to others,as me.

I personally like discussions that require me to think a little before I answer them. I guess I look for discussions that fire me up or mean something to me. I really do enjoy mylot it gives you a chance to share your thoughts with others.

I also meet the same problem as you. I start a new discussion but get few responses. But I never worry about the responses, just enjoy posting and talking with others. If you get few responses for you discussion, just repond to others' discussion. It is also enjoyable! Have a nice day and good luck!

Thanks for your words of encouragement. I need to spend more time reading discussions in my intrests. I spend approx 1 hour a day when I mylot. I probably need to spend more time if I really want to do some quality posting.

I think you should be more patient, the more you want to do ,the less ideas you get.we should spend more time on accumulating rather than racking our brains to start discusstion you are not unsatisfied.IN fact,I also met such problem, thank you for ask what I want to say!
