First of all you need a list. Making a list will "hard copy" all those thoughts that are wizzing around in your head. When you think of a new one write it down. Then look at the list and decide which to do first. Set a goal of striking one problem off your list per day. At the end of a week or so you have 7 to 14 things done already and you will look at your list with all that stuff stroked off and feel satisfaction instead of bewilderment.

You have to ask yourself what needs to be taken first and how quikly it needs to be done. Decide what steps you need to take to achieve the end result and what is actually in your power to do at that moment. If the one that seems most important is out of your power at the moment, move on to the next one and solve as many as you can until you have the power to solve the more difficult one. A list is a good idea because it puts things into perspevtive and provides you a goal to work towards. Take care
