what is your opinion about the education between China and the western countries

well,i am a Chinese college student. recently,i am troubled about how i can publicate some papers you know, in most national colleges,students have few opportunities to do research. every day, what we do is go for classes, then fill the belly, then sleep. what teachers do is do some lectures.when the bell ring, they will be back to the offices quickly. perphaps, they devote all themseves to research.unless we take the initiative to contact with those researchers, it is too difficult to study something.what is more, to find them is also not simple. i know, in US colleges, tutors will guide the students. for example, they will group the students,then give a topic with some tips. after class, students can discuss within groups.the next class, every group gives their conclutions together and the tutor will evaluate each one.if necessary,students can do adcanced research,with the help of tutors,a paper is just produced. this is my opinion and you?
