Do you know about acupressure and acupuncture?

Hi friends... Do any one of you know about acupressure and acupuncture. Do you believe that they work? How these will help us in solving our health disorders. Do any one of you use these methods? Sometimes I use acupressure but in most cases it doesn't work for me. What about you? Happy myLotting...

i dont know how acupressure works work out.but i have seen the acupencture....i mother had taken the treatment and she was cured....she had knee pains and she was cured and able to walk now..with out any pain..it been almost 4-5 yrs back she took treatment

I have heard about them. I actually wanted to use acupuncture when i was pregnant but didn't know how. They say it helps you to go into labor and the fact that my son wouldn't come and i had to be induced made me want to use it.
