I have some money in my paypal account as of now. Can I withdraw that money to my brothers bank account instead of mine. Has anyone tried to withdraw paypal balance to someone else's account.

You can only have one bank account linked to your PayPal account. If you don't have an account linked to it already, you could link his bank account to your PayPal account. If you have your bank account already linked to PayPal, your brother would have to get his own PayPal account, and link his bank account to it. You could then send the money from your PayPal account to his PayPal account and he could transfer it to his bank account from there. Hope this helped! ~ James

This is not true. I have my checking account and my savings account (both from different banks) liked to my account. If I am not mistaken, I think I read you can have up to 5 accounts linked to it. :)

You can not. You could get him a paypal account, have him link his bank account to it, and then transfer money to his paypal.

I have never heard of anyone doing this, so I do not know if it is possible. But you can transfer it to your account and then on to his, can't you?

As far as I know paypal allow to withdraw to your own bank account. But you are trying to withdraw your brothers account then I think it would be possible if your last name and your brothers last same. If your brother use an U.S. bank account then it is very easy and nothing to be worry. If your last name at paypal and your brother last name at his bank account is not same I think it would be a problem to withdraw your paypal.

I heard that it seems that it is difficult to transfer your paypal balanc to other's account! You'd better apply your own account to withdraw your money! Good luck to you!

No problem you can do it. I have done it on several occasions. But your brother must also have a paypal account. You have to transfer your money to your brothers paypal account before he can withdraw it to his bank account through his card.

Just so you have the account number, I think they will send it. I tried this once and didn't do it correctly but they reversed it for me.

I've never tried to withdraw money to somebody else's account. I think you would have to go through the process of accepting that as one of your bank accounts. It would probably work, though. I think they let you choose different accounts.

Hi you can add another bank account number if you wish then specify where you would like your funds to go there is a sign saying another credit card or number,I have never done this myself as it is easier for me to have it paid direct to my main account then divert it from there.xx
