What are the best free safelists to use?

Odviously you know that I am doing affiliate work and If I could get a good start at it I think that I would be veryh good. The only problem is that I don't want to spend a ton of money of safelists and advertising so someone help me out and let me know where the best places to advertise are and the best safelists or the ones that you like the best. thanks
