I would like to see how many people where in Girl or Boy scouts? I am a wondering if the numbers that are in it now days have decreased or increased since we were a little kid.
I was in girl scouts for a couple of years..but dropped out since the troop folded. What about everyone else??

I was in brownies as a young girl and have several fond memories of it. i was not in it long but remembeer it was lots of fun. I now have a troop in east tenn. and have 23 girls in my toop, most of whom are active at least half the time and about 16 that show every week. I love being the leader and giving them the chance to have fun while learning about new things and gaining insight and confidense for their life ahead, We have about 300 in our area that covers two counties.

That is great. I also am I brownie leader in Nebraska. I have 10 girls in my troop, and most of the them are active and come to every meeting or outing we have. I know my part of the city we have about 300 girls, and that covers right around 8 schools. I also remember lots of memories and love to have my daughter experience the same thing I did in scouting.
