I know I want to lose weight. I want to be 130 pounds. I have 30 more pounds to lose. How much weight do you want to lose? And how much do you want to weigh? Are you losing weight now or do you have trouble losing weight? Do you have trouble controlling how much you eat? I know a couple things that help to control food cravings. If you want to know them they are on my profile. I tried one of them and it does work. I have lost 10 pounds so far by using it. Do you want to lose weight?

Well, I am not over weight, but I want to lose a little weight still. The only time I lose weight is when I have a PE class at school. in 1 Trimester I lost 8 Pounds without having to eat less. And over the weekend 2 weekends ago I lost 2 or 3 pounds. the teacher says I need to gain weight, but somehow I am losing it. I eat a LOT of food every day, and still keep losing. This is what I lost: Biggening of trimester I was: 130 something pounds, End of trimester, around 123 pounds and in one weekend I lost 2 or 3 pounds, now I am 121. Most of my friends are really skinny. THey are around 100-120 pounds. I wasnt to be 115 pounds and stay around it without damaging my health Since I am only 15 years old atm

Allot of people and teens are having trouble with something called Anorexia. This is very dangerous. So don't worry about being thin like your friends. Be concerned about being healthy and being the weight size you should be. Not thin. Thin people have allot of health problems if they are under weight. Here is a link for you to see how much weight you should be: http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html?2,5,5,160,2 Again this is not an affiliate link. This link will help you know how much weight you should be. And you can see if your under weight or over weight. But don't be obsessed about weight. Don't let it consume you and don't let it ever make you Anorexic. Anorexia is: .a prolonged disorder of eating due to loss of appetite .is the decreased sensation of appetite .a person suffering from anorexia nervosa .Poor appetite .A condition marked by a diminished appetite and aversion to food.Often results in physical signs of wasting. .A psychophysical condition in girls and young women, characterized by the prolonged inability or refusal to eat, sometimes accompanied by vomiting

I want to weigh 127 lbs and this morning, I weighed 148 lbs. I've lost 14 lbs. since the beginning of the year. I have always had a hard time with my food. DH got seriously ill at the end of Jan and for the past week I've been using a combination of public transportation and walking. I've been walking about 7 miles a day and I've lost 2 lbs since Monday without making any changes to my diet at all. Best of luck to you in your weight loss efforts.
