I'm engaged in sales work about the white corundum.My company is Zhengzhou Yufa abrasives Co. LTD.Our compang is the biggest supplier in the China !I have worked for one month.And now my main duty is contacting the customers abroad!I don't know how to start work!I'm a newfish.I feel it hard!Can you give me some advices or your sales experience?

The Human Resource Department should have at least a seminar-workshop to the newly hired employees regarding the internal and external customer services into your company. Maybe you can brought that up to the management. Who knows? Your brilliant suggestion might be a great help to your company. Have a nice day dcaisj :)

yes i am absolutely agree what the other guy said here. you have to make the customer feel free and customer satisfaction should be your main aim...and try to take a single step by approaching not all but at least some for everyday...soon you might develop the communication skills as well as the technique to sell your products...try to be calm and have patient when dealing a customer...

You just need to make the customer feel comfortable and build a relationship with them. Do that and selling is much easier.

try posting your products in ebay or have a multiply account and post your products there..^^
