Getting a LCD monitor is the best way to prevent us from being exposed to radiation.

I don't know. We have the advantage of computer to connect us to the world wide world. On the other hand, we exposed our harmful body to the radiation of computer. There is no perfect world.

I am aware of that problem, but my work is really depended on it. So far it has not created major problem for me. The only thing is I wear eyeglasses already. Though I do not consider the monitor is the culprit for my eye problem since I have this problem before I was introduced to computers. There is one solution to monitors though LCD monitor has a lower or no radiation at all. I guess this is one good solution already. LCD monitor also consumes less electric power on the sides. I hope I could get one of these days.

you could not use a computer. Good luck with that. Or to help your eyes you could take frequent breaks from your computer screen. I doubt that the damage done to my skin (if there is any) is no worse than spending time outside without sun screen.
