A classmate of my boy told him that, whenever there was an examination approaching, he would be nervous. He used to play pc games to release his tension before examination.
Students, do you think this is workable? Is it really helps to release tension?
What other ways to release tension?

Well I guess it could. But then the next day you show up to take it and you start to worry "OMG did i study enough?" "Is this gonna be way to hard?" "Can I finish it in time?"
So really it can take stress of FOR THE MOMENT but then when you actually take the exam, it's back to the normal stress.

OWN WAY WITH OWN REASON
Different student has their different own way to minimize their anxiety level or degree. But, we must remember it is a part of mental disorder, where it is a state of apprehension and psychic tension occurring in some forms. Don't worry, it no need any medical attention for its occurring. In this case, a normal phenomenon.
SELF CONFIDENT
For why I said, a normal phenomenon and no need any medical attention?. Because it is categorized under "lack of self-confident". How to fight it back?. Enjoy your physical exercise to flow out the sweat while focusing on getting physical fitness. That is why, when we feel nervous, we are sweating especially on the forehead and back of our body part. So, better sweating while doing physical exercise as we can obtain great mental and physical fitness, we get both. Such as playing badminton, why not?

Don't think they work fine as playing games just after studying would strain you eyes tough you might get some relief from Algebra but it's of no good use.I usually take a nap to release stress.Sometime take a trip to the terrace, anything is good which doesn't involve sitting is fine.

Well I think it may be for some students but I guess playing before the exams could also stress you out too that may cause you to perform less in your exam dates. Maybe a game after the exams could really help you release all those stress but the studying enough could really help you to be more confident in your exams than playing before the exams.
