Have you ever encountered anybody at your work, who is not a team player, who is taking advantage of others hard work to be his/her credit?
At my work, there is one person who is everyone's pain in the butt. She is so selfish; unwilling to cooperate with other teammates to get the work done. She rather sitting at her bench, and wait for everyone to do the work for her. Somehow, our supervisor believe in her words, rather to ours. We just hate to work with that person.

If she's getting credit for work that she did not do at all, then that's very unfair. Raise this as a serious issue to your immediate supervisor. Talk to your other teammates who think the same way as you and ask them to tell it to your boss as well. Maybe if it's not just one person complaining, then this could convince your boss to do something about it.

ohh well thats normal....they are everywhere...but as what ive seen your supervisor is not professional enough.....he should broadened his mind...and do some more observations in your working place/to your department...but theres just one simple thing that you can do to for her to open up her eyes...everyone in your department dont like her because of her attitude right....im just wondring if your supervisor have an appraisal on his subordinate ???? why dont you tell her straight that what shes acting is not good at all...and that shes not contributing any good at all for shes just floating always....with the kind of attitude that shes showing is the number source of conflict in the working place....just be prank to her in a nice way....i knew shes gonna be hurt but who cares...if no one have the guts to speak up to her face shes not gonna be aware how bad she is in the working place...
