how to active a account when permanent?

hello ,everybody here,i find a big problem and my computer skill is not good and i ahve e-mailed to the responsibility people who leadS me to neoBUX ,but without reply,so please give a hand if you know how to solve the problem "you account has been suspended,and your account has been suspended permanently for inactive",

nothing you can do. Same thing happened to me. They will not reactivate an account once suspended for any reason.
