Hi, pinetree, don't mind the salary since you're new to the society, I don't have too much power to bargain for more salary, just work hard and gain more experience, there are many things you have to learn in the real world. About your job now, you can leave it if you have to, not after all the thing is ok, your boss can hire another one to replace you, don't think you are so important to the company. I think you have to work hard now and don't forget to search for other opportunity, you're find your direction and your position in the society later. Be patience and hope you have a promising future. Happy myLotting !!

Be patient and build your resume`. That will allow each position you take in the future to be a step up the ladder. If anything strikes your intrest, learn all you can about it, so you're sure to find your niche. Good luck!

Don't worry about your situation at present. If you want to have a high salary and stabled work, you just could be work hard to accumulated experiences. Working from the essensial job, ignore the salary now i think, try your best to master more knowledges. An old saying is no pains, no gains. You will be succeesed so long as you trying hard and deligent. Good luck!

Don't quit your job for no matter how low the salary is. Give it some more time and you will learn a lot not just about the nature of the work but you will also learn other skills. Remember that it is not enough to be good at a certain job. You also need to develop interpersonal skills. Employers do not only look at your ability to perform well but also how well you relate to other people. Also, it wouldn't look good in your resumé if you've only been on a job for a few months. Lastly, it would be wise if you've already found a new job before you quit your current job. You'll never know how long it would take you to find another job.
