With people trying to help save the earth and cut down on using chemical products, how many of you use all natural ingredients?

I have switched most everything to all natural and/or organic. That means I have gone to fluoride free water (which was originally used as rat poison and has not been proven to prevent cavities), organic foods, range fed meats without the hormones and antibiotics, no MSG and no artificial sweeteners (which are neuro toxins and may have been the cause of my Multiple sclerosis). In fact I take no prescription or over the counter meds. The list could go on but I think you get my point.

Wow, yes, I get the point but wasn't that hard changing everything and how long did it take to get used to it?

Things haven't gotten the way they are over night and we can't expect to change over night. I have been at this for almost 2 years and there are still things awaiting the change. The drinking of city water and consumption of artificial sweeteners went first. Then as household products ran out I replaced them with all natural and chemical free. When spices, white flour, sugar, etc. run out they get replaced with organic. You don't have to be radical and throw everything out in your house or kitchen, you just take baby steps. Check out my blog on; Who's Getting Radiated?
