My little one always compliment me for the food I cook and I love cooking for him.It makes my day when he says that I am a wonderful cook. But today morning when he said that I can heat the curry wonderfully I couldnt supress a laughter.Actually I had heated the curry we bought from a restaurant to give him for the breakfast.Do your kids give you compliments?Any one which you loved a lot?Any innocent compliment you would like to share?

Hi!Dear!
Your child really appears smart and innocent. It is really good to know that your little one actually knows how to 'appreciate' his dear Mom. I can understand it feels good to hear kudos from the little one. If my son likes any dish prepared by my better half, he would say 'Mummy, the dish was superb (Mast)' and he will take two bowls of the same, instead of one.

You see, my son is 'smart' by appreciating his mother, he forces her to cook the dishes of his 'choice' only............LOL!

Just the other day my 8 yr old told me that I am her best friend. I thought that was so sweet!

Hahaha...these kids are adorable! I wih to see him saying that, it must have been a precious moment. I am single but I remember my nieces' babbles. Once my then 4 year old niece told my brother in law that he has a handsome voice when he tried to enact some standup comedian with a microphone. My brother in law still cherishes that moment.

I was making cookies with my 5 year old son and he told me that I'm the best cookie maker in the whole world - it was so cute! I also have been struggling to lose my last few pounds of baby weight from our youngest, and the other day my 5 year old told me I looked skinny. It was more meaningful because at that age they are so honest and he didn't know that I was feeling large and unattractive that day - he just saw me for the first time that day in what I was wearing and said that. Kids are so funny!

i have a 3 year old son. english is our second language and he knows polite words like excuse me, thank you, take care, please, etc. however, after finding a nice online game for him, he blurted out, "thanks mommy!" nobody taught him that. thank you i did teach him. thanks is different. a whole lot different for a 3 year old english as a second language speaker.
