please enlighten me..I have tried many ways on how to lose weight but it seems that It's not working..what do you think is wrong with me? what is the most effective way to lose weight?

The most effective way to lose weight is to improve your diet and exercise habits. If you change your habits, then you are more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep the weight off. I go on SparkPeople.com and keep track of what I'm eating and how much I am exercising to keep myself in check. If you track your calories for a few days, you may find that you are eating twice as many as you should be which is what I was doing.

Best way is the consuming balance diet not eating more than what is required.
And phyical exersice is must try jogging every day for 1 hour and try to do power yoga as it makes you slim as well as make your body flexible.
But please consult a proffesional on medical matter.
