Biotechnology is the technology Based on Biology especially when used in agriculture, Food science and medicine. United Nation convention defines Biotechnology as "ANY TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION THAT USES BIOLOGICAL SYSTEM, LIVING ORGANISM OR DERIVATIVES THEREOF, TO MAKE OR MODIFY PRODUCTS OR PROCESS FOR SPECIFIC USES" .
