Your link has a typo. Here is is the correct way. 
That lady is just nuts. I can understand being up set that they would not just refund her money.(That right there is a policy they need to look into.), but to call 911? No wonder it takes so long for 911 to respond to things. Crazy ladies at McDonald's are tying up the line.

Thanks for correcting the link, I can't copy and past yet :-(
I used to work at Wendy's, in college, and we would occasionally have people upset at us, but no one ever called the cops on me...and if we messed up or ran out of something, we gave them their meal for free.......

Oh my that s*** was crazy and ridiculus. All over some nuggets. Then she called 911 back again.

What a goofball to call 911 over something like this. Does she seriously think its an emergency that they did not have McNuggets??? What a weirdo! They shouldve given her a refund though.
