NEED help here.. CIAO really sucks!

I am sorry to hear that but.. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. So opening a second account was a violation and the reason for your first account being deleted is perhaps because of requesting other people to vote on your reviews and you will do the same for them. This again is a voliation of the site policies. You wont be paid since they have deleted the account and there are bare minumum chances that they will restore your account. Most sites will never admit their mistake even if they commit, and in your case it seems like the mistake is from your end. You can try reviewstream.com. They also pay better then Ciao. Persoanlly I feel you must have earned more than $100 on reviewstream for the same efforts you had put on Ciao. If you need more info on reviewstream then pm me.

If they have banned your account, then your 'earnings' are forfeited. Their Terms are quite clear but if you can honestly say that you have not breached any of them, then you should contact them. That is the only way that you are going to get what you believe you have earned. Asking for tea and sympathy here will get you nowhere.

There must've been some violation of some sort the first time your account was deleted; you shoulda contacted admin and found out why... Second time round may be because you have a duplicate account (your older one included..) or another violation. Do you ask people to read and rate your reviews and co-ordinate with 'friends' to do so to each others' reviews cos that is a violation too that some people do not seem to be aware of?

you should cheack a sam list and see if is on the list otherwise just read there rules and see if you by chance broke one of their rules

Its really bad that they block your account.I get paid many times from this site.I dont know,may be there is something wrong.Today when i open my account.I see i have 4.88$.How it is possible.Because after requesting for last month payment i have not worked there.Then how did i get that money? i am feeling better to see that money.But i have a fear also.dont know.If they block my account.It will be bad.

Well even i started with ciao, but on reading about the reviews of ciao then i came to know it really don pay many people so i stopped working for it, i think you should search some other genuine site to get paid regularly, or else you can show the same honesty and hardwork in mylot, i hope you wil be paid.

You earned great with your first account, i don't know more about ciao, yesterday only i have joined there, i heard from most of them that ciao is doing an amazing job, it really pays a lot, everywhere in forum i read a lot about ciao, if you not cheat them why they block your account, reply and ask them

You're not alone royce22. My account was blocked yesterday and i was really caught by surprise. I emailed them and asked what my violation was. I'm still waiting for their reply. I just hope they will. I felt bad because it was blocked right away, no notice or warning whatsoever that i have violated any of the rules. Let's just hope that these gets resolved positively.

Oh man i feel really bad, mostly because this has happened to me before, Ciao is a type of site that only pays the ones who don't earn much. The ones that request big payouts get their accounts deleted. Hopefully you get your money. Good luck bro.

My account was blocked too..until now i dont know the reason they blocking my account..im so sad..but ill not blame everyone..i just want to try another paying site..hee...any other paying site that i can try?hee
