Iraq and Iran economy and world standing....

It's been said that if Iran and Iraq could "get it together" they could dominate the world when it comes to the wealth of countries, they have the oil as we all know...what do you think about this possibility?

I think it is possible and if Iraq factionalizes itself to get control of the violence then Iran may take over. the parts syria doesnt get
