I have woken up late 3 times this week because I keep hitting the snooze button on my alarm clock, I love and hate the snooze button was invented......
Do you use the snooze button in the morning?

I know! Snooze is evil isn't it!
I guess to avoid this happening again you are better off putting the alarm somewhere that is out of reach. That way, you have to physically get up out of bed to turn it off.... I know, sounds painful but then you'll be semi-concious by that point and will realise that you do need to get up!

Yes placing out of reach would be a good idea aslong as you dont have a slipper or shoe you can throw at the alarm clock.

Yes I always snooze.I always set my clock 5 mins ahead and I set my alarm for at least 45 mins before I really have to get up. It's a mental thing for me. I it makes me think Im really getting alittle more sleep time when i get to hit the snooze button 3 or 4 times.

I'm right there with you. I usually set my alarms starting 45 minutes early just so that I can go back to sleep for "5 more minutes" here and there. I wonder how much better I'd feel in the morning if I just slept that 45 minutes and then hauled myslef out of bed when my alarm went off the first time. I really didn't start this bad habit until I went away for college. This is really one habit that I would like to break.

Try breaking just for one week and see how you feel, make the leap of faith lol
