Aggressiveness!

Well this is mostly for the women. Are you single women aggressive when it comes to going after guys you like? Some women will iniate the conversation with a guy to get to know him and see if there your type but usually it's the other way around. Us guys usually have to chase after women. I wanna know if any given situation would you go up to a guy that's hot, that looks interesting, that you want to know better and talk to them? Not just smile and wink and expect something to happen. Yes we do miss out on signals from women but some of them aren't so obvious. No ones perfect.
