hello first of all you have a laptop or a desktop if u have a desktop with an intel chipset then u have to use the intelchipset driver CD and install intelchipset from it then u can install the audio driver inside it and u r done if u have a laptop then go to the company's website search for drivers of ur model and download all of them first install the chipset driver then install the audio driver i hope this helps u solve ur problem if it doesnt i am srry i tried my best neways it worked in solving my desktop's problem as well my HP laptop's problem thank you

The best is look for updated sound driver software to its website, then, install it. Most likely same problems are raised on the sound driver manufacturer and they give updates.
