Well so many people want to lose weight. Diet pills just seem to be a good aid in getting there. For me I use Xenadrine. It helps to supress my appetite so that I don't eat as much. I also go to sparkpeople.com and track my food and drinks for the day. This website allows you to put in your weight and your goal weight and it tells you how many calories, protein, carbs and fat you should have each day. It is such a great site. Anyone else use diet pills, or what works for you?

After using many different diets/eating plans and other dieting pills, potions and such, I have come to the conclusion that the only benefit most have is to make the person/company selling them much richer than those of us who want to lose weight!
The best solutions is an eating plan that is a permanent lifestyle change - anytime you revert to your previous way of eating, you will regain the weight.
