Let me tell you about this drink, it gives you three servings of green vegetables and two of fruit. I make it first thing in the morning and drink it cold all day. I don't know how much weight I'm loosing but I sure am getting healthy. PM me and I'll give you the full recipe.

Hey now! Davy pat you know I'm trying a green drink and it's also working very good . One ingredient Tip : I'm blending mine with ginger root to spice it up. But they also say ginger root helps bring down the swelling of the stomach. Well nice article about your gren drink. I'll PM you to see your recipe and I'll share mines. Happy dieting. Thanks Miami206

What an old discussion, I had to read my original to figure out what you were referring to. I think I kept that green drink up for a couple of years, end result was I was sick of green drinks and over all I didn't lose any weight. Am on the green coffee thing now, trying all these new things gives me hope but still could lose twenty pounds. Blessings Ask to be friends, I'll approve it. Pat

Hello Savypat. That's sounds pretty healthy and exciting. Are using fresh fruits and vegetables? With or without sugar? Fruits and vegetables are good for our health and they are delicious too.

Yes kale, cold slaw mix and banana with flax seed and milk thisle. The fruit makes it a little sweet and the greens make it refreshing. I make about 8 cups in the morning and it last all day. The liquid is water.

Wow, what immediately came to my mind was that I wouldn't need anything else to eat that was healthy, so it would leave room for lots of chocolate. But I guess that's not really the idea.
