Angry

When we have our "discussions" I tend to just let him do his own thing. I don't push for anything and just allow him to calm down. I find that it allows both us to become rationale people again, so that we can then talk. Then we generally end up talking for some hours about what really was bugging us.

i got angry when my lover didnt meet me before her birthday, she made a call and asked me to meet i was just waiting for her to arrive but she didnt. after waiting for an hour i just walked out. next day it was her birthday and i didnt answer well and said i wont be meeting her, she felt bad, and later i met her, she was very sad and at last i said sorry... and everything was fine :)
