will windows vista be another windows M.E.?

windows vista has been experiencing lots of bugs and problems lately. i remember the year 2000 when microsoft launched the windows millenium edition and after a year or two decided to launch the windows xp because of m.e.'s problems. will vista experience the same thing when microsoft launches windows 7 this year?
