I have a question of English interview: When I was having an interview, this question would always be asked: What is your advantage and weakness? It's easy to express your strong but not the weakness. If you were me,what would you think it would be a better answer to reply this question?

Normally people are not speaking the truth when such questions are asked as it might jeopardizes the chances of him getting through. Weaknesses in an interview should be spoken of such that it sounds like a strength. If I were asked this question, I would say my weakness is that I am a perfectionist and I am a detail oriented person. As I a result I set high standards for myself and wouldn't like my job to be mediocre. The person is likely to ask next, if I tend to leave a job unfinished? I would say that I have no problems in completing deadlines, but I might in the process exert more effort than needed. He might also ask if I tend to miss out on the big picture while I obsess about the smaller details. You could come up with various answers for that as well. Have a nice day!

Very exciting!Your comment is so perfect. The reason why it's difficult to say our weakness is that we often neglect our weakness in daily life unless somebody inform you of your disadvantage.Have a nice day too!

It's really hard question, I was asked in the job market before, and I donot know how to reply it. Even we all know ourself's weakness, but I think it's unwise to tell the interviewer. Happy mylotting! May be we can say we do not know.
