Yes paypal is one of the safest ways for online banking and money transfers. I have mine linked to my bank account and I've been putting money back and forth many times. Never have i had any problems. The one thing you need to watch out for is the Non sufficent funds fees. This is when you don't have enough money in your bank account to pay for what u are buying using paypal. You won't get the product that you buy and they will charge you money and your bank may take away your account if you don't bring it to positive within a certain time period. My suggestion to you is to always be aware of how much you have left. Be careful chosing products and be a safe shopper. Paypal is great, when you know what you're doing.
