North Indian dishes are more spicy. South Indian foods are reasonably spicy and tasty too. Many north Indians like south Indian food and lots of south Indians like north Indian food. Spices occupy important place in Indian food industry.

I don't like spicy food at all. I can't taste the food, all I taste is the heat.
