Nuts are very nutritious. Walnuts are high in omega-3 fatty acids. But many folks worry about nuts being too high in fat. They are calorie dense, but the health benefits are many. They are heart healthy, and the antioxidants improve immune functioning. I do believe nuts are worth the calories of 160-200 calories per ounce. What about you? Do you eat them or avoid eating them?

I eat nuts quite often, there are only a few I do not like. My favorites are pecans, pistachios and cashews.

I eat nuts. My husband says they are too high in fat, and has a fit when I go and purchase some at the store, but I happen to love them. I take a handful of almonds and walnuts every day. They are much better then snacking on other things, and they also taste delicious. I used to put them in cooking, but well somehow they never get to that point as I eat them before they get there, although I do love brownies once in a while.

I like nuts very much, especially cashew. its so yummy and delicious (beside of its nutrition). I never worried about calories that contained on it, as long as its good for my health i will not avoiding that. Nuts are good source of lipid, and can make us fat. It doesn't matter if we can manage its portion wisely. But for me,i don't care about it because im thin. I do need fat, lol.
