Dashed 'womens problems'!

I apparently started the perimenopause a couple of years ago, was prescribed HRT la-di-da. Well, just lately it doesn't seem to be working! I'm getting hot flushes, headaches, feeling faint etc but most of all my mind has gone to mush. How can I write when I can't think of the right ... er ... um ... oh yes, I remember now - WORDS to use?!
I guess I must be in the full-blown menopause now, because whereas before I'd simply forget where I'd parked the car when I went shopping, now when I leave the store I forget what the hell it is I'm supposed to be looking for. And don't even start me on the 'leak when you larf' thing.
I now realise, just a little bit, of the frustration that people with Alzheimers suffer, and I'm worried I'm going to turn into a wobbly dribbly old lady. Please tell me I'm not alone in this. And please tell me my mind will come back - at least in part - when it's all over! Ladies of a 'certain age,' it's over to you/

Hi there
Never think of HRT, it's not good for the body as the body can heal itself natural, it did before you got older!!
Check out this product, it's brilliant and it works!!

Thanks - I'll take a look. My daughter works in a health food store and keeps telling me much the same thing. Trouble is, I'm a 'slave to my hormones' and have suffered from endometriosis, high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia and awful periods ever since teenhood because of it. The HRT I'm on is a pretty low-dose one anyway, so probably not worth the effort.
I'm all for anything that'll speed my brain up, so I'll take a gander.
