Do you think stimuluswatch is a useful website?

I've been browsing this site and I think it's pretty interesting but I noticed that a lot of areas aren't on it. Do you think people voting and commenting on the projects listed on stimuluswatch will have any effect on which projects get the go ahead. http://www.stimuluswatch.org

I looked at my state and found quite a few for the city I'm in. Most of them are needed and have been for years. A good number of roads are in sad shape. Some of the neighborhoods are just abysmal in more way than one. I just don't think it should be my children or any other child who should have to pay for this in the long term. I noticed quite a few negative votes.
